Pet Policy
Your pet is certainly welcome at Morganton Place. No more than two pets per apartment and breed restrictions apply. Each pet cannot exceed 35 pounds at full grown size. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $300.00 for first pet and an additional $100.00 is charged for second pet.There will also be a $10 monthly pet fee per pet.
